Serves as a Project Manager in the CHIPS R&D Office. Leads the strategic development and execution of CHIPS R&D Program project plans, serving as a pivotal figure within the organization. Manages and consults on all aspects of the project lifecycle, from the initial conceptualization of project plans to the thorough evaluation of operational procedures, organizational workflows, and resource allocations. Collaborates with various program offices to ensure cohesive project delivery, aligning with organizational goals, budget constraints, contractual obligations, and policy requirements.
